QR connection or Official API: which should I use?
QR is the fastest way to start. It is not an official WhatsApp feature, so a very busy number can get restricted. The Official WhatsApp API is safer for growing stores and adds tap buttons.
Which number should I use with QR?
Use a number you can afford to risk, ideally a separate business number rather than your personal one.
My WhatsApp disconnected. What do I do?
Open the Connection page in the app and link your number again with a QR code or phone code. Your messages and settings are kept.
How do customers confirm an order?
With the Official API they tap Confirm or Cancel buttons. With QR they type Confirm or Yes to confirm, or Cancel or No to cancel. The order status updates automatically either way.
Can I change the messages and buttons?
Yes. Every message can be edited in your own words. With the Official API you can also choose up to three buttons and what each one does.
How do courier updates work?
Courier status changes reach Confirm Zone through a secure link or a direct courier connection. Customers then get messages such as in transit, out for delivery, delivered or returned. Courier updates are part of the Pro plan.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free with order confirmation, dispatch alerts and customer replies. Pick a plan when you are ready. You can cancel any time from your Shopify admin.
What happens to my customers' data?
It is used only to send your messages and is removed when you uninstall the app. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
