Terms of Service

By installing or using Confirm Zone you agree to these terms.

The service

Confirm Zone sends WhatsApp messages about orders from your Shopify store: confirmations, dispatch notices and courier updates. It connects to WhatsApp either through a linked WhatsApp account (QR or phone code) or through the Official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to message your customers and follow the laws that apply to you, including WhatsApp's own rules (WhatsApp Business Policy).
• Only message customers who placed an order with you. No spam or unrelated promotions.
• Keep your login details, tokens and API keys private.

QR / phone-code connection

This method links an ordinary WhatsApp account and is not an official WhatsApp feature. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers that send many messages. You use it at your own risk, and we are not responsible for restrictions placed on your number. The Official API method is recommended for busy stores.

Official WhatsApp API

Messages sent through the Official API use templates that Meta must approve. Meta may charge you directly for conversations according to its price list. Approval and charges are decided by Meta, not by us.

Plans and payment

New stores get a free trial. After that, paid plans are billed through Shopify. Prices and features are shown in the app's Plans page and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it depends on Shopify, WhatsApp and courier systems that we do not control. Messages may be delayed or fail. We provide the service "as is" without guarantees.

Limits on our liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, including undelivered messages or restricted WhatsApp numbers.

Stopping the service

You can stop any time by uninstalling the app. We may pause or end an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
