Data deletion instructions

You can have your data removed from Confirm Zone at any time.

Merchants

1. Uninstall Confirm Zone from your Shopify admin (Settings, Apps and sales channels). Your store's data is then removed automatically.
2. Or email us at support@conformzone.tech with your store address (for example your-store.myshopify.com) and we will delete everything within 30 days.

Customers

If a store sent you a WhatsApp message through Confirm Zone and you want your details deleted, email support@conformzone.tech with the phone number you were messaged on and the store name. We will delete the matching records within 30 days. You can also ask the store directly.

What is deleted

Orders, customer names, phone numbers, addresses, message logs, templates, courier keys and WhatsApp connection details for that store or person.
